My passion for women’s health is rooted in the understanding that nurturing mothers is foundational to nurturing families, children, and our collective wellbeing. But not all yoga is the same. In fact, the wrong classβ€”especially during pregnancy or postpartumβ€”can do more harm than good. Generic studio flows often overlook the realities of a changing body, ignore pelvic floor and core function, and fail to support the emotional, hormonal, and structural shifts of this season.

My approach is different.

Over the past decade, I’ve developed a method that’s deeply rooted in movement science, perinatal physiology, trauma-informed principles, and traditional Ayurvedic wisdom. It's shaped by thousands of hours of research and advanced trainingβ€”but just as much by lived experience: as a mother, a longtime teacher, and a woman walking this path beside you.

This is integrative careβ€”yoga, breath, and functional movement woven with therapeutic touch, core and pelvic floor rehab, and nervous system regulation. It supports optimal fetal positioning, eases common discomforts, and helps prevent complications like diastasis recti, prolapse, or persistent pelvic pain. It gently guides you through recoveryβ€”whether you’re in the early postpartum window or years into motherhood.
