Core + Pelvic Floor Functional Movement Yoga is my signature in-person Semi-Private Group Training to help you build deep core strength, restore natural movement patterns, and support lifelong pelvic health through mindful, intentional practice.

Held in the warm, welcoming classroom at Boulder Birth and Holistic Health, this class blends yoga, functional movement, and breathwork to help you cultivate a strong, resilient, and well-connected coreβ€”from your ribcage to your pelvis. You’ll learn practical, accessible techniques to integrate into your daily life so you can move with more ease, confidence, and stability.
