Held in the warm, welcoming classroom at Boulder Birth and Holistic Health, this class blends yoga, functional movement, and breathwork to help you cultivate a strong, resilient, and well-connected coreβfrom your ribcage to your pelvis. Youβll learn practical, accessible techniques to integrate into your daily life so you can move with more ease, confidence, and stability.
