Nurture: Postpartum Yoga with Baby is more than just studio yoga—it's a transformative, immersive practice designed specifically for birthing people in the early stages of postpartum recovery. Available as a monthly subscription, this holistic, trauma-informed approach nurtures the body, mind, and spirit as you transition into motherhood. With the flexibility to join for one month at a time, you’ll receive continuous support throughout your postpartum journey.

Each month, we will explore a different theme, integrating powerful yogic principles and practices that guide you through your postpartum recovery:

Upcoming Themes include:

  • Explore the Chakras, focusing on restoring balance in your body and reconnecting with your body’s natural energy flow after birth.

  • Dive into the Eight Limbs of Yoga, helping you ground your postpartum experience in ethics, self-awareness, and mindful practices.

  • Learn about the Koshas, the five layers of your being, to deepen your connection to your body, breath, and the new relationship with your baby.

  • Embody the principles of the Yamas and Niyamas, guiding you to practice non-violence, truth, and self-reflection as you nurture yourself and your baby during postpartum recovery.

Each month will include functional movement, core and pelvic floor strengthening, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that foster a deeper connection with your baby while supporting your body’s recovery. This monthly subscription provides ongoing support through every stage of postpartum recovery, with evolving focuses tailored to meet your needs.

Nurture: Postpartum Yoga with Baby is the continuation of Beginnings: Yoga for Pregnancy, forming part of the entire experience of Becoming a Mother. This seamless transition helps you move from pregnancy into postpartum, providing full-spectrum support as you navigate parenthood.

The journey can continue with my Core + Pelvic Floor Functional Yoga class, coming in 2025, which supports recovery for years to come, offering a holistic approach to prehab, rehab, and lifelong wellness.

At Boulder Birth and Holistic Health, the classroom is designed to be a welcoming, relaxed space where there is no rush to arrive or leave. With no back-to-back classes, you have the freedom to transition in and out without feeling hurried. It’s totally okay to be late—really! There’s no need to create stress before you even arrive. I will never lock anyone out or turn anyone away; safe arrivals for moms and babies is always the goal. You’ll be in the company of others on their own journey of Becoming a Mother, where each step is honored and celebrated. The environment is supportive and laid-back, allowing your practice to unfold in its own way, without pressure or expectations.

We offer an ensuite bathroom with a secluded entrance, so you can feel comfortable and at ease. Snacks and hot tea are provided, or feel free to bring your own if you'd like. There is space for laughter, tears, smiles, and whatever is on your mind—this is a community circle where there is no hierarchy, and no "front" or "back" of the room. Everyone is welcome, and we are all here to support one another in a shared, immersive experience.
