About Anne *
Anne brings over 25 years of experience in yoga, movement education, and holistic postpartum support to empower birthing people and families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. With unique, research-based methods, her offerings blend science, tradition, and community connection to support smoother pregnancies, better birth experiences, and easeful postpartum recoveries.
Anne is a seasoned yoga teacher, movement educator, and holistic postpartum caregiver based in Boulder County, Colorado. With more than two decades of personal practice and over ten years of professional teaching, Anne has dedicated her life to empowering birthing people and families through every stage of their perinatal journey.
Anne’s unique, research-backed methods integrate modern science with traditional eight-limbs yoga practices, ensuring a safe, effective, and supportive environment for students. She specializes in perinatal-focused core and pelvic floor training designed to address common pregnancy and postpartum symptoms such as diastasis recti, pelvic instability, and overall core health. Her approach is trauma-informed, accessible, and personalized to honor each individual’s body, experiences, and goals.
Beyond her signature classes and group programs, Anne provides Traditional Postpartum Care designed to support recovery during the early days, weeks, and months after birth. Her specialized services include Ayurvedic-inspired care such as the application of Ayurvedic oils, Bekung belly binding, nutritional guidance, mindful movement, and personalized education on safe self-care techniques. Anne’s commitment to continuous learning ensures she remains at the forefront of postpartum caregiving, supporting her clients with practical, holistic, and compassionate care.
As a mother herself who experienced significant challenges in pregnancy and birth, Anne deeply understands the importance of compassionate support, informed education, and community connection. Her classes and individual coaching sessions create spaces where students feel safe, seen, and supported—not performing yoga, but living yoga. Anne also actively fosters community-building by facilitating groups for local mothers, cultivating environments where meaningful connections and friendships thrive.
When Anne isn't teaching or caregiving, she enjoys gardening, music, and savoring joyful, cozy moments with family and friends. Her practice is grounded in the belief that every pregnancy, birth story, and postpartum experience is sacred and valid. She invites students to come exactly as they are, celebrating authenticity and the strength found in community.
