Core + Pelvic Floor Functional Movement Yoga is a semi-private group training workshop designed to help you restore strength, build stability, and reconnect with your body through yoga, breath, and functional movement.
Held in the warm, welcoming classroom at Boulder Birth and Holistic Health, this in-person workshop offers a supportive and personalized environment for deep healing and long-term strength. With expert guidance and individualized attention, youβll learn how to move with intention, release unnecessary tension, and support your bodyβs natural alignment and function.
