A class designed for everyone at any stage of motherhood, from preconception to grandparenthood. New Skills! I was fortunate to be invited to attend Traditional Postpartum Healing Intensive training this weekend with @embodythetemple and @ladybrittany 2025 began on pilgrimage in India with @hannah.j.muse On that trip I noticed I was feeling called to explore how I can expand my work while refining what I already have been passionate about doing. Supporting postpartum people feels so natural. This is work I have done myself twice, and supported 100’s of post birth women in the past decade with yogic practices, classes with baby, and in home support. I am so excited to add my new skills to my offerings. Proud to share that I will soon be offering Postpartum support including Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Practice), Bengkung (Malaysian) Belly Binding, and more! While this won’t be right away as practice to embody these teachings is always a key element integral before integration. But I do intend to add these to my menu soon. PLUS!!!! More exciting news is on the way!!! I am absolutely over-the-moon about this adventure. Picture of our training group today wearing our belly binds. It is always incredibly nourishing to be in Sangha with likeminded birthworker women. Also pic of my fortune from the cookie which came with my lunch (that I actually ate for dinner). Not often do fortune cookies 🥠 seem to mean much- but this one 👌 Thank you cookie, I WILL continue taking chances! 2025 is serving me well and I intend to keep up that momentum.
